Use of the App
Offset is a personal productivity tool for tracking habits, goals, routines, and metrics. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Accounts
Offset does not require an account. All data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device.
Subscriptions & Payments
Offset offers a free tier and a Premium subscription. Premium is available as a monthly ($0.99/month) or yearly ($7.99/year) subscription, billed through the Apple App Store.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings
- No refunds for partial subscription periods
Intellectual Property
Offset and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Sidney Okine. The app is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you create in Offset. We do not claim any rights to your tracking data. See our Privacy Policy for details on how data is handled.
Disclaimer
Offset is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sidney Okine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
